  • Re-stocking Fees: 10% deduction from the order amount
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Pocessing: Within 7 business days of receiving returned items

Exchanges

  • Free Exchanges: For defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory products within 7 days of purchase
  • Exchange Shipping Charges: Customer is responsible for the shipping costs, except for defective/damaged items

Exceptions

  • Clearance Sale Items: Non-returnable unless defective
  • Perfumes & Customized Items: Non-returnable unless defective
  • Original Condition: Item must be in its original state
  • Unworn/Unused: Item must not have been worn or used
  • Complete Packaging: Item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
