What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 Business days if it is shipped locally (fulfilled by trinkets.pk). The delivery time for your order will be 25-35 Business Days if it is shipped from our international supplier (Overseas Shipment).

If You are ordering from outside Pakistan, then your parcel(s) may be shipped from one of our international partners, therefore please allow 7-20 Business Days for your parcel/s to arrive at your doorstep.

What Are The Different Timelines For Orders?

Here at trinkets.pk, timelines are according to what product's order was placed.

If You see the following banner on the product page, then that article is shipped from our local warehouse (fulfilled by trinkets.pk) & will arrive at your doorstep in 1-3 Business Days.

How can I track my order?

You will be notified via our automated notification once your order has been shipped. You can also write to us directly at support@trinkets.pk with your order reference number and we will send you the tracking number.


Can I cancel my order if paid in advance?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours before shipment if paid in advance (via bank account transfer, Credit/Debit Card etc). Kindly send an email to info@trinkets.pk with order reference no. to request order cancellation.

If more than 24 hours have elapsed, your order will be processed as per our mentioned timeline. You will however always be eligible for a refund/return once the order has been recieved by you as per our returns policy that can be accessed here: Refunds & Return Policy

Can I cancel my order if requested via Cash on delivery (COD)?

Orders can only be canceled before shipment if requested via Cash on delivery (COD) method. After the shipment, your order will NOT be canceled. In case of a "refused delivery", no future orders will be processed or shipped to you.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is and will always be FREE on every product in our store as we believe in delivering exceptional economical value to our customers.

How to pay for my order?

  1. You can pay for your order using electronic cards (VISA/Mastercard/PayPal)
  2. You can pay using Cash on Delivery Method (Pakistan Only)

Do you deliver orders anywhere in the World?

Yes, we accept and deliver orders anywhere in the world.

What if I want a full refund or exchange the item?

Please visit our refunds & return policy page to view our policy regarding the refunds or exchange.

Will all of my order arrive in one parcel?

Because the products are shipped from different suppliers, you may receive more than one parcel and on different dates.

Do you have any physical outlet?

No, we only have an online store.
